Alpha glue 250
Description
ALFACLEY 250 is a solution based on TPU and SBS rubbers, synthetic resins, and contains a hardener. Dichloromethane is used as a solvent.
ALFACLEY 250 is intended for gluing elastic polyurethane foam, including foam rubber, latex, felt, felt, wood, leather, plywood and other materials to create a durable, heat-resistant, water-resistant adhesive seam.
Advantages
ALFACLEY 250 has excellent adhesion to all materials (except PE and PP). It has extremely high heat resistance of the adhesive joint - up to 150° C. The adhesive joint is not destroyed under the influence of water, saline solutions, surfactant solutions, and is resistant to oils and petroleum products.

Recommendations for use
ALFACLEY 250 is recommended to be applied to the surfaces to be bonded using pneumatic sprayers (nozzle diameter 1.8-2.5 mm, air pressure 2-4 bar). After completing work, be sure to wash the spray guns to prevent the glue from curing inside the equipment. You can also apply it manually: with a brush or spatula. Most often, ALFACLEY 250 is applied only to one of the surfaces to be bonded (one-sided application), but in the case of areas of a tense adhesive seam (bends, stretches), it is recommended to apply glue to both sides (two-sided application) of these areas. The applied layer of glue should be uniform, the drops of glue should be small. This is achieved by adjusting the spray pattern of the pneumatic spray gun. After application, the surfaces to be bonded should be connected within the open time. The final curing of the glue occurs after 24 hours.
It is recommended to carry out gluing work at a temperature of materials, glue and environment from 18 to 25 ºС. If the glue was stored at a low temperature, then before starting work it is recommended to warm it up by keeping it in a heated room. It is recommended to work with glue in a ventilated room using respiratory and eye protection.
Security measures
During operation and storage, ALFAKLEY 250 should not be heated to temperatures above 30º C, as it contains highly volatile solvents; heating will lead to an increase in pressure in containers with glue, which in turn can lead to destruction of the containers. For the same reason, containers with glue should not be exposed to heat sources or direct sunlight.
Storage
ALFAKLEY 250 should be stored in a hermetically sealed container, avoiding contact with air and other foreign contaminants. Upon contact with air, a hard film of hardened adhesive may form. Shelf life 6 months.
